Apple officially introduced Siri AI at WWDC 2026, delivering the AI overhaul it first promised with Apple Intelligence. The upgrade gives Siri deeper app awareness, better reasoning capabilities, a dedicated AI app, and stronger privacy protections across the Apple ecosystem.

OpenAI published a new roadmap describing how it sees AI reshaping society, the economy, and scientific research. The document marks what the company calls its "third phase," shifting focus from building AI systems to making advanced AI broadly accessible, affordable, and useful.
