📈 Anthropic passes OpenAI in business AI adoption
Ramp’s latest AI Index showed Anthropic overtaking OpenAI in paid business adoption for the first time, using real spending data from over 50,000 U.S. companies tracking actual enterprise AI purchases.

The Shift:
Enterprise adoption shifts - Anthropic climbed from just 8% business adoption last year to 34.4% in April 2026, while OpenAI slipped slightly to 32.3% despite overall enterprise AI spending continuing to rise rapidly.
Claude Code expands usage - Claude Code helped Anthropic move beyond engineering teams into finance, legal, and research workflows, turning the company from a developer-focused platform into a broader enterprise software provider for businesses.
Costs and outages emerge - Ramp noted Anthropic still faces pressure from Claude outages, rising token costs, and growing compute demands, while cheaper open-source AI platforms are becoming increasingly attractive for budget-conscious enterprise customers.
OpenAI responds aggressively - OpenAI recently launched a $4B enterprise deployment initiative focused on accelerating Codex adoption through consulting and infrastructure partnerships, as competition for long-term enterprise AI dominance continues to intensify rapidly.
Consumer AI apps can rise and fall quickly, but enterprise adoption usually creates longer-lasting advantages because companies build these systems directly into workflows, budgets, operations, and internal infrastructure over time.
Together with hCaptcha
Catch Bad Actors. Let Good Users Flow.
Online traffic isn’t just “human vs bot” anymore.
It’s AI agents, good bots, bad bots… all blending in and getting harder to detect.
That’s where hCaptcha stands out.
Traditional security methods are falling behind. hCaptcha exposes hidden threats with adaptive AI models and intent analysis, providing instant, private verification.
Don’t just take it from us, hear from one of our customers:
“Compared to last year [when using competitor], we had a 96% reduction in bot throughput.” - Top 10 Gaming Company
Virtually all companies that book a demo with hCaptcha decide to move forward.
👀How to Feed Live Competitor Data Into Your AI With Particl
Particl tracks every competitor's move. The AI Connector puts that data directly into Claude or ChatGPT. Here's how it works.

Step 1: Connect Particl to your AI tool - Enable the AI Connector inside Particl. It pipes live competitor data straight into Claude or ChatGPT, no dashboard switching, no manual exports.
Step 2: Ask what's actually working - questions in plain language. What products are your competitors launching? Where are they running promos? What's driving their bestsellers right now? Particl's data answers it in seconds.
Step 3: Track pricing shifts in real time - Monitor competitor pricing changes across 40B+ tracked transactions. Ask your AI to flag gaps and opportunities the moment they open.
Step 4: Analyze email campaigns and inventory moves - See what messaging competitors are pushing and when inventory signals suggest a product is gaining or losing momentum.
Step 5: Make faster decisions - No more sorting through dashboards. No more guessing. Ask a question, get an answer pulled from live data, and move.
Skims, Gymshark, Vuori, and Stanley are already running on it. 10,000+ brands. $500B in tracked retail revenue. You can ask Particl your first question today.
🧠 AutoScientist wants to automate AI training
AI startup Adaption introduced AutoScientist, a new system that automatically customizes and improves AI models by continuously optimizing both training data and training methods based on a user’s specific goal.

The Shift:
Training loop automation - AutoScientist automatically tests different datasets, training settings, and reinforcement strategies, then keeps iterating until the model gradually converges toward the exact behavior and performance the user originally requested.
Researchers no longer required - Adaptation says frontier model training knowledge currently sits inside a small number of elite AI labs, making advanced model customization inaccessible for most developers, businesses, and non-technical builders today.
Better than experts - In internal testing, AutoScientist outperformed expert-configured model training by 35% on average, improving success rates from 48% to 64% across multiple model architectures and dataset sizes.
Cross-industry results - The system delivered reliable improvements across eight industries, including finance, healthcare, and legal workflows, while also supporting models hosted through Together AI’s fine-tuning infrastructure and broader enterprise customization use cases.
Most people today can only prompt AI models built by someone else. Tools like AutoScientist are trying to shift that dynamic by making model training, customization, and ownership dramatically easier for businesses and independent developers.
