🔨Tools and Shifts you cannot miss

🧩Prompt of the Day

🖥️ Perplexity Computer: AI That Runs Your Work

Perplexity has launched Perplexity Computer, a new system designed to handle entire projects from start to finish. Instead of being just an AI search tool, it aims to become a cloud-based working environment powered by multiple AI models operating together.

The Shift:

1️⃣ A 19-Model AI Orchestra - Perplexity Computer routes tasks across 19 different AI models, assigning each part of a job to the model best suited for reasoning, coding, writing, or analysis, running them in parallel instead of relying on one system.

2️⃣ From Prompt to Fully Managed Project - Users describe the outcome they want, and sub-agents spin up automatically to browse, code, access files, connect to apps, and manage workflows inside isolated sandboxes with persistent memory.

3️⃣ Built for Long-Running, Multi-Task Work - The system supports hundreds of connectors, remembers past activity, and can manage multiple active projects simultaneously, positioning itself as a personal AI workspace rather than a single-task assistant.

4️⃣ Usage-Based Power With Model Control - Perplexity Computer uses consumption-based pricing, giving Max users 10,000 monthly credits plus launch bonuses, and allows users to choose which models handle specific sub-tasks while setting spending caps.

Perplexity is positioning itself as the opposite of closed AI ecosystems. By openly mixing 19 models and orchestrating them together, Srinivas made it clear he believes single-model systems limit innovation, arguing true power comes from coordination, not isolation.

🚀 How to Create On-Brand Campaigns in Minutes with Pomelli

Small business. No agency. No design team. No problem.

Here’s how to use Pomelli by Google Labs to generate scalable marketing content:

1️⃣ Paste your website URL

Pomelli analyzes your brand voice, visuals, and positioning to automatically build campaigns that actually match your identity.

2️⃣ Generate ready-to-use creatives

It creates on-brand posts, visuals, and campaign assets tailored to your business without you briefing a designer.

3️⃣ Add motion with Animate

Use the Veo 3.1-powered Animate feature to turn static creatives into eye-catching motion content.

4️⃣ Upgrade product visuals with Photoshoot

Upload a single product image and generate stylized, custom product shots instantly.

From URL → full campaign → animated assets in minutes. You can try it here.

🤖 Notion 3.3: Custom Agents That Work While You Sleep

Notion just launched Custom Agents, and this isn’t another chatbot feature. These agents run autonomously, follow triggers or schedules, and handle real workflows across your team without constant prompting. They’re free to try until May 3, 2026, and will move to a credit-based pricing model for Business and Enterprise plans starting May 4.

The Decode:

1️⃣ Q&A Agents - Answer repeat Slack and workspace questions automatically using connected sources like Notion, email, calendar, and integrations.

2️⃣ Task Routing Agents - Capture incoming requests, turn them into tasks, and assign the right owner without manual triaging.

3️⃣ Status Update Agents - Generate daily standups, weekly sprint recaps, and monthly reports automatically using live workspace context.

4️⃣ Inbox & Email Agents - Triage inboxes, draft responses, and keep Slack and Notion updates synced without constant back-and-forth.

5️⃣ Workflow Builder Agents - Create agents for HR, engineering, ops, finance, or product workflows using templates or plain-language instructions.

6️⃣ Permission-Controlled Agents - Control exactly what each agent can access, log every action, and disable them anytime for full transparency.

This is where business software starts acting like a workforce. Companies are already reporting meaningful gains. Some teams saved 20 hours a week, others automated 25% of tickets, and leaders now receive automated summaries that speed up decisions.
